Maria Kostenko

Maria Kostenko is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Moscow office. She is recommended by Legal 500 and International Tax Review. Maria specializes in transfer pricing, tax disputes, tax due diligence and tax advice for M&A deals for both Russian and multinational companies investing in Russia.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie in 2001, she worked as an auditor and tax consultant at a major consulting firm and then as a deputy director of the law department in one of the main Moscow Tax Inspectorates.

Maria is recognized by International Tax Review as a Leading Lawyer in their annual Women in Tax Leaders Guide (2017-2019).
