The Power of Tax-Technology and Automation

Venue

This is a virtual event, accessible online and over the phone. Access instructions will be provided after registration.

Description

Keeping up with large volumes of fixed assets data often means lots of risk, and the use of software not built for tax often makes what should be straightforward calculations difficult and time consuming. Corporate tax departments are realizing more and more that general-purpose tools are no longer enough to handle complex, large-scale data and figuring out the tax calculation is often much harder than it needs to be. With the right mix automation and tax-focused technology, tax professionals can alleviate the challenges of importing, exporting and reconciling data that can come in multiple formats from multiple sources. Join Bloomberg Tax for a discussion on how to save time on manual workflows, enabling tax departments to focus on more strategic tasks for the year ahead.

Objectives:

  1. Understand the value of fixed asset automation
  2. Gain insight into the complexities of the process
  3. Learn from other tax departments and how they navigate the challenges
